Hi, My Name is Amit Kumar S/o Sh. Vijay Pal Singh. Date of Birth 12/071974. I had taken a Personal Loan in the Year 2005 and I had moved out of Delhi on account of personal reasons. I had handed over the responsibility of Repaying the Loan EMIs to one of my relatives. He stopped paying EMIs in between and I was not aware of the same. Recently it came to my notice that the loan is showing written off in CIBIL under my Name. I visited the Noida branch and they were not able to pull any details for me.
