[Resolved]  HSBC Bank — Rejecting my Credit Card Application without reason or Reason not disclosed

Dear HSBC Please note that i applied for HSBC Credit Card and got Reference No : Ref : 0345563 in name of Surinder Pal Singh, DOB : 11 May 1978, Phone [protected]. I got all verification done at on my phone, my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at mobile for verification. Today I got checked in HSBC Customer Care and found that my application has been rejected by HSBC. I am trying to call customer care but they were not interested to tell me reason for the rejection. We told to SERCO who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HSBC for the same. Girl called from HSBC and we given all papers to person named Subhash and verification also done positively. I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 DATED[protected]. HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman. We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear and i got Home Loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against HSBC in consumer Court. HSBC rejected my application and not mentioning reason for rejection. My Cibil is clear and i recently got a home loan too. They are un-necessary taking all documents and then rejecting my application for no reason. it will hit my cibil records or queries. Hope that RBI is father of all banks and will take strict action against HSBC and their wrong policies. Marking mail to Bank Ombudsman Department too. I am putting this case in Consumer Court Websites too so that people should know how banks plays with Credit History of a Individual. I am working in Senior Level (Head Of Recruitments) with Pvt Ltd Company and all proof of salary transferred also attached with application form, still i am being declined.
