HSBC — Fraud Transaction done from HSBC Bank credit card
Dear Sir, There is a fraud online transactions made using my ICICI bank credit card xxxx xxxx xxxx 9937 of Rs 8750 to Grit Edu_paytm on 17/06/14 at 16:53 hrs. The transaction was not approved by me. In the mean while when I received the payment advice from bank, I called up to the bank customer care executive three times regarding this issue to stop the payment to the merchant immediately but they didn't help me out. As you know that settlement of online pay take two to three days’ time to get credit in merchant's a/c. I requested HSBC again and again to stop the settlement. They asked me to raise the complaint through dispute service only. They are also not ready to take my complaint. Still we are having enough time to stop the settlement. Please help me out. Was this information helpful?

Mr. Yengkhom Ranjan Singh:
See this to believe it: https://www.consumercomplaints.inicici-bank-limited-fraud-transaction-done-from-icici-bank-credit-card-c898252
There are more victims of same scam. I am a an ICCI Bank Customer since 10 years now. And this is what I get. I'm going to close my account with the bank now. And I am going to take this fraud to the next level posting it in every online complaint forum so that people are aware how these ICICI Banks treat their customers after they are cheated. I understand this does not happen one way. But still bank can't just raise their hands saying it was 3d Secure Transaction and we will not raise the dispute. What BS !
I will use every blog, every forum, every complaint platform to make people aware of this Bank, The Fake Caller, and the merchant named Grit Edu_PayTM. Bank have to RESPECT CUSTOMERS. I lost my hard earned 8, 750 bucks.

I have been a victim of same fraud. The only difference is I had a ICICI credit card. This happened with me on 10th of June. BANKS WILL NOT HELP you in this case. I can not post my phone number here. Email me on [protected]@gmail.com with your phone number. I will let you know what you can do. Just so that you trust me that I'm also a victim like you I will give you one clue. The person who called you must have asked you that you will avail a discount of 10% on all purchases and you will also receive a free services kit to your address. I'm sure in the second call someone must have called asking your address. My transaction was made at Grit Edu_payTM. These banks don't even bother to trace and nail down these merchants through which these fake callers cheat innocent people. Anyways, please email me as soon as possible. Or drop your telephone numbers here.
