Myself Chirag, I am facing problem with HSBC Bank credit card. My credit card no. [protected]. The settlement was done on 26.08.2005 and I got settlement letter from HSBC Bank. As per this letter I have made payment of Rs. 11, 500 cash payment Still account is not clear and same is reflecting in my CIBIL records with negative rating.
