HSP Media Network is a company registered in Gujarat. website:- www.hspsms.com contact person:-Madhuresh This company provides Transactional and promotional bulk SMS service they work on prepaid basis, we purchased 6 lakh transactional SMS from them and were able to utilize only 2 Lakh SMS and after that they stopped our services, no SMS is getting delivered to our customers now. they are not answering our calls and not replying to our emails. Stay away from these frauds. My dear client is abusing us and our female employees and threatening us also doing fraud with us so we have blocked him and we cannot allow to misuse our services or use any cheap behaviour.
We will be legally suing my client as my client is giving badwords to our female employees.
We would like to inform all the you have misused the sms by spamming and as per TRAI Rules and our policy we cannot entertain you for such fraud activities.
Please dont put up things on your baseless claims and we have delivered and always commited for our serives.
We have more than 5000 happy customers working happily with us.

I’m Mohit Bansal, Bathinda, transferred Rs.36000 to M/s HSP Media Network, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad which is running Mr. Madhuresh Desai, Director (, for using His SMS Services in the month of September 2015.
On 29th September due to poor service we mailed him & called him so many times for giving us proper services. but they are unable to do the same. In October onwards they did not respond to our mails & phones calls. & their services are in vein.
on 29th January they stopped all our services without intimation & did not refund our money back for which we are liable.
on investigating myself i found that this is the regular practice of this company & same thing they are done with many clients & cheated them for money.
Kindly help me in getting my money back & stop this fraud company to making big frauds in your area.
On Further investigation to my sources he is running a company under which he & his employees Mr. Abhishek, Kalpana, Ruchika trapped innocent people for giving marketing software & after taking money they’ll not responding to clients. His main Motive is to fool innocent clients & fraud with them.
I request you to kindly lodge my Compliant against Mr. Madhuresh Desai (Director), Mr. Abhishek (Partner), Ms. Kalpana. & other staff members to fooling the clients.

This Company is real fraudster.
They generate false reports and claim that the messages are sent.
Their panel sends messages 2 times on same no. from single file and they charge 2 credits for same.
The owner is very rude when you call to complain and says call every customer from huge database and confirm about the messages, is this the way to talk to customers?
