HTC — Camera not working

I had buy HTC TOUCH DESRIRE 516 GREY [protected] on dated 28.06.14 from Anmol watch & electronic p ltd. sco no1012-13 sector 22- B chd, but within a month Camera not working, i had submitted the phone to htc care centre Vognesh services SCO 189-190 sector 34 A chd on dated 30.07.14 but till date not got any positive response.
