I was facing the problem of charging in my phone (HTC 816) hand set purchased on 15 /07/2014 it was not accept charging from last three days Also there was a problem of camera in that phone camera was not clear. Very blur and poor quality of camera .
When I visit the service centre of HTC on 20/11/2014 which is located in laxmi nagar (office no 201, 2nd floor sagar plaza near nirmanvihar metro station delhi 92) I found that they people behave like very irresponsible employees with me . they do not know how to tackle the customer and ask customer problem and the turn around time to solve the customer problem. Without asking me basic problem which I am facing a employee ask me to come after 25 to 30 day .. which is very very ridiculous.
They did not provide me a proper slip of my complaint, a girl employee name is rubna was there she wrote my complaint of a waist slip. Also one employee was drunk there have no sence to talk customer
Please resolve this issue asap …. because I am facing so much problem without my phone.
