HTC — Delay in repairing of mobile by service center

I have handed over the handset HTC 816 to TVS electronics Chandigarh 13-02-15 for repair. Till today the handset has not yet repaired. After inquiring for several times, the service center personnel replied that due to non availability of spares it could not be repaired and required more time. If this the situation, it is better to stop marketing the handsets by HTC which is one of the reputed company. I am very much fed up with the service of HTC. I am fed up with the service of HTC. Now I'm in confusion that why I've spend Rs 24500/- for buying this phone .You are just making the people fool. I am constrained to approach legal authorities against HTC which is not advisable. Hence, Kindly look into this problem immediately and arrange for the repair of the handset or else replace with new one because it is under warranty.
