[Resolved]  HTC — earphone faulty

ticket no: 14ina[protected], job no: del[protected] synptom :accessory malfuction:earphone faulty. Respected sir/mam, I summited my earphone on 02august2014 on location gaurav communication, Nhbc road, opp mittan sweets, near saiba chowk, sec 11, 12, panipat-132103, haryana. I do not receive my earphone till date 18 august 2014, It is sorry to say htc service is poor and i call customer care also they also not responding, Even service center said that we are not responsible for accessories, then tell me who is responsible for customer complaint. please solve my problem and take action against your service employee's to done there duties on time and solve our problems.
