HTC 3350 — TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING

Dear sir,

I have purchased HTC 3350 on 20th August 08 from Telephone Shoppe.
It is touch PDA. Its touch screen started giving problem as touch was not working. I had complint to the Telephone shoppe guy and ask for replancement for which he has clearly said "NO" and also mentioned that i can complain to anybody he is not bothered.

HTC — MODEL: P3400i AUTO MULTI SELECTION

I have purchased HTC Mobile GSM Model:P3400i( sr no:[protected]). Last month[protected]. Relience Hyper Mart motikhavadi Jmanagar-361142.

Now Back light display of phone is not getting off autometically.

And always its Icon selection is continuously flickering.

after making all settings (soft/hard restting has no use).


Now that retail seller from whom i have purchased is not giving any proper response.


TILL TODAY IT IS NOT SOLVED

I bought HTC p3400i from N.M. Traders, Buttler Plaza, Bareilly, U.P. The problem is the speakerphone of the hendset is always on. Whenever i make call or recieve call, the speakerphone is on and it cannot switch off. I noticed it to the N.M. Traders but he did not give me any setisfied answer. So pl tell me what should I do in this case.

HTC — unable to block phone

I lost my phoneHTCP3400 and i informed HTC to block the phone, however they are saying that they are unable to block the phone, please help me with this, if they are unable to then who will.

Htc — HTC P3350 handset

Hi,
I have purchased HTC handset on 29th August 2008. Within one month phone started giving problems. Initially multiple messages are getting selected from inbox instead of switching from one msg to other using touch screen. Same case is while selecting pictures. Then Phone started getting hang/restart next day. I have given cell to HTC Vikroli care center on 7th october 2008 for repair. I have not received my cell till date. Each time I visit branch or call them, they told me that part (some board inside cell) hasn't come yet. You will get ur handset in next 3-4 days. Same story is going for last 15-20 days. Really frustrated with the service of HTC.

i think i have the same problem with my htc p3400i.i wonder if you solved it.is it normal or abnormal

i have bought htc p3400i on 28 june, now my phone is showing that phone is off (that is it often goes to flight mode ) & i m unable turn on & i went to service center they said that os is corrupted so they said me that they will install new one so i agreed after that they said that they cannot connect mobile to phone due to connector problem & they said that it might broken & it will come under external warranty so i agreed to repir that after few daysthey told me that they wont repair & i found that the same mobile is connecting with computer& also im hearing songs their is no connector problem but i told them this but they were not repairing this still i found same problem

I hav alredy logged an FIR at SAROJNI NAGAR police station. new delhi. I am facing a problem in converting it in softcopy otherwise I would have attached it.
