HTC — HTC Desire 816

I have purchased HTC desire 816 on 10/9/2014, Dated 25/10/2014 i had a problem with Sim Lock Function, i went to Haddad Warranty, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They said you have to wait 20 days to fix this problem, i submitted request to provide me another mobile, they didn't reply to me. Its clear that I did a mistake by purchasing HTC and this is the punishment for that. IMEI No. [protected] My contact [protected]
