Hello, I have bought this phone on December 12th 2014 not even 2 days, i am facing network issues with my phone. I gave it to the customer care in pune in M.G road service center, They promised me they would return it back to me today i.e Wednesday 12/17/2014 bout no show. i was trying to reach them but no one picked my the phone. This is really frustrating for any one. I think HTC doesn't have any standard any more. Please look into it, I need my phone ASAP or else will reach out to Consumer Court in the near future. Hi Murali

Unfortunatly I am also facing same problem. I bought HTC Desire 816 around month back, all of the sudden my screen display didn't start working. When I went to TVS service center pune @ MG road these guys are not commited. for more than 10 days they have kept my phone without repairing. Don't know for how long I will have to wait.

Dear friends please don't go for HTC brand, they are pathetic and Service center is horrible. Hope someone will help me.
