[Resolved]  HTC — HTC teams Negligence

I have submitted my HTC handset for repairing at the collection center in surat, Gujarat. Its been 12 days and its still in the collection center due to some technical problem in their system. On calling the customer center they are asking me to wait for 48 hours and after 48 hours when i call they again ask me to wait for the same amount of time. I am still waiting to know how much more time it would take to at lest ship it to the service center form the collection center. Due to negligence from the HTC team my handset is not yet repaired and for the time period they are not providing me with a spare handset.
