HTC India — Phone speaker not working

I have purchased Htc 630 dual sim mobile handset in july_2016 Phone speaker is not working properly of mobile handset
Problem coming in 2months from purchase date
This is very serious issue within 2 months as such type problem occurs
And i want replace my phone because if this type problem occurs in 2months, how can we believe that no any problem occur in Future
I am not satisfy from htc

And i want replace and exchange of NEW DATA WIND UPISLATE 7" TABLET dual sim mobile phone, (Rs.2499/-)without calling and extra features added of camere, vedio, whatapp, internet facility also available in this NEW DATE WIND UPISLATE 7" TABLET MOBILE (WITHOUT CALLING) because if this type problem occurs in 20 days, how can we believe that no any problem occur in Future
