Respected sir, Under instructions from my client Sri A. Phaneendra, S/o A. Rama Krishna, resident of D.No.11-2-141, Naik Nagar, Ananthapuramu Town & Dist. I am issuing the following notice to you:- 1. That my client has purchased HTC Desire 816 – White – 1.4 HTC [protected] CELL from you on[protected] under cash bill Invoice No.SI/TRP/627 for consideration of Rs.23, 035/- under valid bill. 2. My client informs you that since the date of purchase the mobile is giving frequent trouble. In this connection my client approached you number of times. My client handed over the above Cell to you on[protected] to get repaired. Accordingly you have given receipt also to my client. You have specifically noted that TOUCH NOT WORKING PROPERLY in the above cell. You promised that you will get it rectify the said mistake within 3 days. But to my surprise so far you have not get it repaired. In this connection my client approached you number of times but you are giving evasive reply and went on postponing to get it repaired the above mobile. My client informs you that there is deficiency of service on your part. Please therefore take notice that if you failed to rectify the said mistake and return the above cell to my client within 7 days from the date of receipt of this notice failing which, it is the painful duty of my client to take appropriate legal action against you for the costs and consequences of which you will be held responsible including this notice charges of Rs.2000/-.
