HTC Mobile Phone — Mobile phone sent to bangalore office for repair but no response. This has been happened twice within warranty period of 1 year.

I purchased htc desire 516 in Aug 2014 . Till then toucg problem occurred twice within warranty period. Last dispatched to Bangalore office through service centre panchkula. No response after so many follow ups. If not able to repair then please provide me the new set
