HTC — Mobile under warranty not received even after 1month

I have submitted HTC 620g on 17aug 2015 at service center due to display problem. Till today's date I have not received my mobile device. The company is just harassing customers. No proper reply is given after continues follow up. My complaint Id 15ina[protected].
