HTC — Mobile under Warranty(But Charging Amount) by HTC Company

Dear Sir/Madam Model No :-HTC 826 IMEI No[protected] Job No PNQ[protected] Token No 15INA[protected] Today we went to your Service center (New Tripati Tellurs) Shop No 2/3 Esteem Tower Kalewadi Road Pimpri Pune .My mobile is on warranty but they we charging Rs 250/-for inspection charges.They were saying that There is liquid damage of phone which is not done by our side.We have given Phone to Dealers on dated 05/05/2015 but no feedback is from dealer side. This is very strange HTC such good name But I Feel sorry for poor performance of your company as we as dealers.When Our phone is on Warranty Why we pay ???
