HTC — Network Issue And Issue In Selecting Network Manually

Sir, I have deposited my handset 2 times at ur service centre my earlier complaint ticket no is 15ina[protected] dt 0808/2015, the issue has in network drop and could not select the network manually, with the same condition my handset htc one e8 was return to me as it is, again on 29/08/2015, i dont understand why this is happening to me. Please look into the matter as u people without smart phone it not easy to work and survive, please repair my handset as soon as possible or send me the new one. Otherwise i have to look for further action if company will not rectify this problem in 3-4 days. Thanks Mohan bir singh [protected] [protected]@gmail.com
