Dear Sir/madem,
I bought Desir 700 handset on 15-Mar-14 from Ahmedabad. Touch screen was not working, gave for repair, it took 45 days for replacing motherboard due to non availability of spares. with in 10days phone stopped powering ON, Gave for repair, received next day and again with in 5 days same problem faced, Now service center say they will take 10 days for repairing the hand set. Constantly in touch with customer care, they are also unable to revert and wants 96 hrs for revert.
It looks like they are buying time and I am not able to use the hand set. I am asking the customer care to resolve my problem with in three days or replace me with a new handset. for which they are not answering my question.
I am not able to use my phone for last three months. Who ever is going through this complaint. I am dissappointed by choosing HTC . I am not satisfied with the service provided by service and customer care team over phone. Need solution for my problem. My last TT number is 14INA[protected]. Was this information helpful? |
