HTC — Not getting my cell repair..

Sir I did not get my new sell htc desire 816 from long time due to part unavailability... I had submitted my product on 29 of last month and till not I get it repaired. I purchased my cell on 26 June 2014.. Even in the warranty I did not get it repaired.. I call several time htc customer care they tell us as early as possible u get your cell but till now I don't able to get it.. Please help me in providing my cell repaired or replace
