HTC — problem in mobile phone

I had submitted my phone HTC Desire 626G plus dual sim on HTC care on 9/5/2015 and but still i didn't get my Device back & the employee of customer care pick the phone & put it on hold. Such kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is not expected from a company like HTC and their agents are giving me false commitments that the phone will returned tomorrow but god knows the tomorrow will come or not & still i will not getting any response and no info about the status of my Device. so please tell me when it my device otherwise it will take a strict action for the HTC company.
