HTC — Touch Screen becomes completely unresponsive within a month and worst htc customer support | |||
i have bought htc desire 826 on April 6th on the very first day of launch in Poorvika mobiles in Chennai.My mobile is 1.5 months old now but its with the htc customer care for the past 2 weeks since the touchscreen has completely gone unresponsive within a month.I expected a replacement mobile but they are going to give only a serviced one even that too they have committed to give on 21st May but its has been put to hold which i came to know only yesterday.They said that they will update the status within 3 days.I badly need a new replacement due to the model htc desire 826(many similar touchscreen response complaints and other complaints are there too on this model)and the worst customer support of htc.
