HTC — Unethical Behaviors, not returning the phone.

I had submitted my phone to HTC service center, managed my TVS Electronics. I had tried every possible way to get in touch with the service center people, they keep on ignoring the call. I visited the store twice the phone was not still handed over to me. My phone was in warranty. I was said within 7-10 days the phone will be repaired and given to me. They even disregarded it. The date for returning the phone was on 24th of August. There is no reply from their side. I want this issue to be taken seriously, because of this i have lost business and work.
