Eurekaforbes service request option never works. Go to eurekaforbes.com - servicerequest - log a service request - enter mobile number - to proceed, kindly give a missed call on [protected] from your number 97xxx0xx58 - gave a missed call - finds my product details - log your service request - enter details - click book your complaint - oops we have problem processing your request... This never works. Then the page would be re-routed to a different log a service request - need to enter details manually and click submit - says not successful. When try and chat, there is no response at all for hours. When sent an email there is no response for days. I would recommend try these options before purchasing eurekaforbes product, because now a days service is what all matters. Was this information helpful? | |||||
