I have brought 2 nokia 1100 mobile from online named the e mart. Order id : [protected]

But one of them have defect and i complain but they are not supported yet.
They not even call me, i have return form fill 3rd time but still, they are not responding, and also i think they are not reliable to deal with, so i wanted that i have suffer with that may other one not suffer...
