Huawei — Honor bee | |||||
I have submitted my Huawei Honor Bee Mobile handset at Huawei Service Centre (Technocare) Lajapat Nagar on 7th Oct 2015. The handset has network issue with both SIM, does not show network in both SIM. Service centre executive told me that they were sending the device to company resolve the issue and it would be take 15~20 days. After 20 days when I contacted them they told me that my device case is still pending at company end and gave me a no. of Huawei Mumbai office[protected] to take follow up myself if I want. I also started to take follow up with that no., Mumbai office gave me a complaint no 15617192 on 28th Oct. 2015, and told me that they will arrange a call back after two days. Since that day to till now I have taken four follow up with both Service Centre and Mumbai office no. and also with Customer care but my case still pending. Nobody try to respond on my case. I have not received my device yet and not any call back from both end. Was this information helpful? | |||||
