Huda — Blockage in Sewer line in front of 1338, sector 45, Gurgaon

The sewer manhole in front of my house oozing out human waste which has lead to water logging in the street. The situation is so bad that the sewage water has entered our underground water tank and polluted the potable water. Kindly get it resolved as it is a re-occurring problem.
