Dear Sirs, I bought a pair of formal Hush Puppies leather shoes from Bata, City Centre, Gwalior vide c/m No.15-08-15/1/0046. It is the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have bought. I was expecting comfortable shoes but this pair is far from comfortable. I was expecting it will become ok after wearing for some time but that has not happened . I am hoping you will look into my complaint and do the needful.
