This is to bring to your notice that all these days we had no complaint regarding quality of water. HMMWSB had stopped water supply for about 3days on 4th 5th & 6th of April for some work of connecting new pipe lines/supply. Subsequent to that we are getting water with dust or sediment. We are using alum for purufication. Initially it used to help as sediment used to settle down at the bottom. Now, even after using adequate alum also the sediment is not settling down at the bottom and it is floating. We use water filter to purify the water but with this amount of sediment even the filter is getting stuck.
