Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Hmwssb] — Non supply of water to chandragiri colony safilguda hyderabad

I am bhanu prakash resident of chandragiri colony door no 30-1596/2. With can number[protected] your esteemed dept has dug up to lay new pipe lines and has given new connection to my house at the above said door no.. But not fixed the blue pipe line for water to come in to my house which pipe they said they would give in due time and we have been getting water through the old connection pipe line thus far. When i have not got the water as per weekly schedule your dept has been following i have come to know through our line man mr. Murali that we would not get water through the old pipe line any more and we will be given only through the new pipe line laid and when i have told him that blue pipe has not been fixed to my house he said we will get water only when the blue pipe is fixed. Now to our great dismay we are not getting water either from the new line or from the old line. I am unable to understand why only some houses are fixed with new blue pipes and getting water and all o[censored]s are deprived water and why fixing of pipes to all the houses are not completed first and then the new line is commissioned and why some o[censored]s are left out while you could not complete the job before commissioning the new line causing great distress to some of the residents of the colony. Will you please keep giving water through the old line before you complete the work of giving the blue pipes to all the hoses?
