[Resolved]  Hyundai — EON Era+ BS IV car purchased and getting problem

I took EON Era+ BS IV car from hyundai motors, vizianagaram and from the starting day itself the tail lights signal (sound) is not working while moving the car in reverse direction. This is informed to the concerned at showroom and for this issue I went three to four times to show room but still the problem is not rectified after the first servicing is completed and going for second servicing. Please take necessary action
