Hyundai Motor India — Air conditioner noise

I bought an i20 ASTA Diesel on 14th May 2014. From last one month my car's air conditioner is not working properly as it is making vibrating noise. On being asked for service from Service center. Sri Ganganagar, they asked for 2500/- as labour charges and 1000/- for other expenses. My car's second service is also due and they said other 4000/- will be incurred for 2nd service. First of all, I don't understand how can they charge separate charges for AC service and car service, when AC is a part of the car itself. How come it is not included in car service. Secondly, staff there in service company doesn't give a satisfactory response. They always talks in terms of money and are less cooperative.
