[Resolved]  Hyundai Motor India — Chandra Hyundai Coimbatore - Very Poor Customer Service

Below mail was sent to Chandra Hyundai on 05.06.2014 and still no support. Very very disappointed. Kind Attn: Managing Director I recently purchased a i20 Asta Crdi car from you. During its 1st service I raised complaint for less pick up and more engine noise, clutch play. I was informed that the turbo is lagging and this is due to manufacturing defect so it will be replaced. It was done after few days once the replacement part received. But the problem was solved only partly as I visited your showroom again on 01.06.14 to raise the complaint again that there is still more noise engine and pick up is not up to the expectation. I give this feed back based on my personal experience having compared between my 2 i20 cars that I have at the moment. You send a driver to pick up next day but he was one hell of a person to communicate with and I was not in a confident mood to hand over my car to him. Still I am following up with your service engineer's to rectify this issue but no one is responding me. Its been 3 days I am waiting daily morning 9-10 am you person says I am coming, today I will come, for sure today I will come but nothing happened till this minute. Please note this my 4th Hyundai car and 5ht in my family. Only 2-3 time have serviced my car in the past 7 years in Chandra Hyundai due to poor customer service. I had to come to you this time since there is only one in Coimbatore. That doesn't mean you are monopoly. Even for first time when I came to service 15 days ago I waited for 2 hours in your showroom and went back in disappointment with out meeting any one. You may have thousand customers but still I just have to travel a little extra for better service than yours. I have fitted original leather upholstery in my car now. When car was returned back 2 nd time it was totally dirty inside. I had to take it for interior cleaning. I don't want you to clean my car but at least not dirty my car. Good bye K. Hello, I own a Hyundai i10 Magna, and couple of days back I had given it for the full wash, interior cleaning and body rubbing at the ooty Chandra Hyundai and I was taken a back to see the vehicle which was only been washed and not very well cleaned inside and outside was very poorly polished and I could see all the minor scratches on the body... What should I do now and where should I complain...
