Hyundai Motor India — Complaint on not fixing up the issue | |||||
I have given my car for accident repair and the car was supposed to be delivered at home, however I was not at home and the car keys were been handed over to my wife. Later when I got the keys and found that the Electronic keys are damaged, the same was been informed to Hyundai inn Dehradun and guess what Happened, it’s been 6 months I am been speaking to 10 different peoples in Hyundai but it’s yet pending. It’s hardly matter of[protected] INR, however someone need to respond that it can’t be fixed . The same issue is been back and forth for so many months and really tired of the same. Guys please wake up and smell the coffee, if this is how you deal with the customers; I think you need to really see the processes and people who are handling the issues at your place. I don’t even know if the higher authorities are aware of the same or not, because if the same thing would have happened in my company some of our managers would have resolved it overnight, but there is something really wrong Was this information helpful? | |||||
