Dear Sir, I have purchased a Hyundai Eon Magna+ on Aug-2014. While delivering the vehicle, the sales point(Grand Hyundai Pattambi) promised me corporate package offer of around five thousand. With extreme displeasure I am writing you to inform you that i have not yet received the promised offer till date On enquiry with agents i came to know that the eligible amount is passed by the concerned authority, but withheld by Hyundai at some level of your administration. I request you to intervene in this matter and release the eligible offer amount at the earliest.
