Hyundai Motor India — Customer harassment | |||
I hv bought my hyundai verna fluidic in oct 2012. Just under 1 year i had problems with my gear getting stuck.Due to which i had a couple of near fatal experiences.And believe me it's serious. I'm a doctor.The same problem had occurred with my cousin in his verna fluidic and he got his gear cylinder changed for free.BTW my car no is is PB08 CD 7474.And his no is PB08 CB 7474. When we went to the service centre GOYAL HYUNDAI .From where we had bought the car about the problem.They just said that there is no problem and just didn't do anything. FOR 3 YEARS WE HAD THE WORST DRIVING EXPERIENCE.AND A NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. Now last week when i went to the centre.they told me there is a problem with the clutch and after that they told me there was a problem with a cylinder too and charged me rs 19300.why didn't they diagnose the problem Earlier.Now u hv lost a customer completely because o[censored]r poor customer care Was this information helpful? | |||
