[Resolved]  Hyundai Motor India — Excess Auto Insurance charge taken

I had purchased Grand i-10 (Magna) from JSV Motors & Cons. Pvt. Ltd., VIN Palace, Ring Road, Lucknow on 8th Oct-2013 whose registration No. is UP-32 FB-3117.As per quotation & price list attached I was charged Rs.13730/- for insurance of car whereas in policy certificate the premium amt. paid is Rs. 10652/- i.e. Rs. 3078/- has been charged extra from me.This matter has been several times conveyed to executive whenever I was approached for rating of vehicle, but no proper feed back has been given except with the assurance that "Sir, we will see it." Its going to be around one year but my case has not been solved. As a customer, I feel that I had been cheated by Hyundai Motors.Hence, you are requested to look into the matter and arrange to refund the excess amount paid by me.
