Hyundai Motor India — facing problem in my new car for one year

Dear Sir, I lalit kumar, purchased a new car santro from M R Hyundai Ghaziabad in april 2014. i have driven it 10000km till now. and from 500km to till now i am facing a problem. my car is going in left. for hat reason its making a bad effect on tyres. i got my two tyre changed on 8000km. for that i have paid too. i have called to hyudai customer care more than 20 times but no use. i talked with dealer but no use. and i had a talk with Anju at regniol office but again no use. still problem is same. now i am not getting understand what to do?
