[Resolved]  Hyundai Motor India — facing problemin moving upward on uphill roads

sir, My Hyundai I 10 era is 20 month old, few days before when i was driving uphill road I face a sever problem which was very risky also. When I was driving uphill road, it was unable to take load, it was not moving upward in third and second gear, when I shifted to first gear and accelerate, it was asking for second or third gear. When I shift to second or third gear, it doesn't move upward. and I had to stop the car in the middle o[censored]phill road, this caused a lot of panic to me and my family, then with the help of some other people i could manage the situation.
