[Resolved]  Hyundai Motor India — left side axle complaint for 2013 sports i20

Dear sir, I took sports i20 model on november 2013 from your dealer (Hyundai marthakara, Thrissur, Kerala). Since then am facing problems with airconditioning, axle problem .For rectifing ac problem i left my car 10days in your dealer showroom.Now i am facing axle problem for which they are telling they don't know how long will take to rectify the same. Your dealer is behaving too badly to me.They dont have the time even to speak to your coustmer which is weaking the coustmer relations. During guarntee period dealer is beahving like this, so what can we expect after 2 years .i tried to call manging director of MCP ( your dealer) for last 2 weeks .But he is not picking up my phone, even he attending other numbers. As am busy in my business schedules, its not eazy for me to go through your dealer and its effecting my day to day activities .So requesting you either to change my vechicle or for exchange with your other models which will be benecfical to me .
