Hyundai Motor India — Reimbursement of my towing charges | |||
Hi All, My vehicle (Grand I10) got damaged in the recent flood hit in chennai on Dec 2015. I have requested Hyundai road side assistance for toeing option to give my car to service center. I waited for more than a week & they had come back with a solution that if i arrange toeing of my car on my own, they will reimburse me Rs 2500/- I arranged on my own & i have sent them all the documents required for reimbursement. They promised it will get processed with 14 days, but it is been more than a month. I am yet to get my money as reimbursement. I have been chasing the team through calls for the past 10 days, no response from them. Its very pathetic service by Hyundai Road assistance service. Can anyone help me out of this.
