Hyundai Motor India — Unpleasant conditions at service centers | |||
Hii, am Mandeep brar from sriganganagar & i have hyundai elantra 2015 model, on 6 th april, i went to hyundai service center at sriganganagar for service of my car pb 30 n 8080, i reached there about 10.45 am n i was told tht it will talk maximum 3 hours for service of my car, I waited in visitors lounge, for first one hour no one attended the car then I requested them that i hav to go someplace plz do it fast, they started the work but it was very slow n meanwhile they were attending other cars .intially i have to stand by my car to get my work done n came out of service center at 4.30 pm N tht also without any vaccum n all from inside the car, they told me it would take half n hour more if i want to get my car cleaned from inside . Thts very bad system i took about 6 hours to service my car n half the time i was standing by my car . If company claims in good service then they should prevent such kind of harassment to customers. There is no system at all n they should inform the customers in advance that it will took time..rigth now its very bad n i think people should avoid such kind of bad service, if someone is really going into this can check the cctv cameras n can see how things work their n can see customers have to stand 3 hours by there car to get the work done .
