Hyundai Motor India — Unprofessional behaviour | |
Dear Sir,
I bought i10 grand on January 14 and my speedometer dial was not working since last month.
I drove my car to Kaushal Hundai service centre, Siliguri, WB. The service personnel after test driving told me that wheel alignment is required to repair the dial. I insisted that wheel alignment has got nothing to do with speedometer.However the service personnel insisted that this is how they check a faulty speedometer. He also spotted the break wire inside the hood (which i believed he himself broke) and told me that entire signal wire is to be checked .When i insisted that when you found the broke wire why dont you just connect both wires and just run a diagonsis and if it rectifies change the whole wire. But he was adamant that they have to check all the wire signals and it is their procedure. However i was not convinced, and drove back.
Sir, I request you to look into the matter and re-authenticate my claims if possible .My association with Hyundai has been pleasant.My car was damaged twice and service personnel at another Service centre handled it very professionally. Was this information helpful? | |
