Micromax Informatics — extended warranty registration for tv not accepted just because of 1 day delay | |||
I purchased micromax canvas-50 on 24-jan-2018. Because of family emergency i was out of town and i called to register for ext warranty, i'd logged a call 2 days back, de sent a msg de'll be contacting me, yest de called me wen i was outside. Unfortunately yest was 30th day. Today when i called, de said they can't take the registration request. This is what the kind of service a customer gets from micromax after spending rs42k for the tv. I am facing worst service from micromax to the customer, one delay they can't accept the registration for the extended warranty but they can make delay for installation.
