iBall — not satisfactory service from iball | |||
I purchase one iball tab from relaince in the month of feb 14 after some time i have problem in touch pad so i rush to service center but first they says that your warranty is over after contact with relaince people i get submit my tab on 10/9/14 after some time he is give me proper receipt on 24/09/14 document no. [protected] but till date my tab is not refunded, they say that we have not proper parts for the same model because the model is out dated but i purchase the same in feb 14 ; if the product is not repairable so kindly issue me new model Was this information helpful? | |||
