Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Against flight cancellation | |||||
I booked fight through goibibo.com on 17th Apr 2016, the booking was on 14th may 2016 . My booking PNR NO is YN5GZ. The total bill amount was Rs. 8936/-. But because of some misspilt(Passenger name) we have to cancel our ticket. I filed a request for cancellation on 26th Apr 2016. This was approved by goibibo.com. I can very well sympathize with you, GoIBiBo had done similar type of fraud with my case also. I had booked online flight ticket for date 18-Apr-2016, but they booked the ticket for 14-Apr-2016. What more, in spite of repeated requests and complaints, they are not willing to refund my ticket amount. GoIBibo seems such a fraud group that we should never ever book tickets with them .
