My flight was cancelled by Spicejet. I have still not recieved any refund or intimation of the refund.
Please help me....

We have booked a ticket of 3 people and there is no REFUND yet from GOIBIBO, we paid to GOIBIBO, now its there responsibility to pay us back.
They are just giving fake commitments.
We booked ticket long back May 5, and todays date 23 September....

I have booked a hotel of Lonavala Hotel Manik Moti on 16 August 2023. Due to some reason we could not go so we canceled the hotel. According to Gobibo's policy the hotel was 100% refundable. I canceled the hotel on 18th August and the date when my refund was to come was 5th September to 7th September 2023. I have sent my bank statement to Gobibo. Neither have I received my refund of Rs 6514 from Gobibo yet nor is Gobibo calling me. Always...

I wanted to talk with customer care executive for information not available on online customer support menu, I called one number getting persistent message -all lines busy
in second number there was option for various activity of booking but no option for talking with executive, can you arrange call back on [protected] for my existing booking, at earliest...

I want to receive a full breakup for both flights of this booking. The return flight from Shimla was cancelled and I have received only INR 5127 (RRN number [protected]) despite paying INR 17786...

Plese tech me for ibibo mail acess becuase my mail id cant acess so gauild me for that...

I booked a ticket through Goibobo on Friday under booking number [protected]. The ticket was displayed on IRTC, but when I contacted Goibobo via phone, I was informed that there is no booking associated with that number. The ticket remains unconfirmed, and I'm requesting a refund. I have attached a screenshot for verification. You can reach me at [protected]

I booked a flight from Leh-Mumbai through GoIbibo on Indigo airlines. Due to change in plans, I cancelled my flight directly at Indigo airlines site. The refund it said would be credited by GoIbibo.
On submitting the refund request at the GoIbibo portal of my trips ... modify bookings... submit refund request... it flashes a message for 2-3 seconds as contacting airlines, and the screen goes...

I am still awaiting refund of booking ID TRNAV0GN5RHJEYOR for more than 7 days now???????

Please check the attached Bus cancellation detail.
The ride was cancelled on the request of Bus driver as he refused to enter the Delhi zone due to flooding.
After cancellation Rs. 1792/- is still pending for the refund as its been 13 days delay on your part to process the refund.

I have discussed with the bus driver and talked to him. The cancellation proof received from Rajasthan Roadways.br...

An amount of Rs. 25, 720 was received by customer on 23rd July 2023 from Goibibo against a flight cancellation by SpiceJet airlines, which was received by Goibibo on 24th of June 2023, as communicated by the SpiceJet.
So I requested them repeatedly to explain why I should not get the interest for holding the payment intentionally for one month, but yet to receive their reply. They can not deny my legitimate claim with your silence....

I am trying to reach out to you guys on all available numbers but mostly numbers are incorrect or only recording messages and there is no email id to lodge a complaint.
Can I get an urgent revert on my amount which is lying with you guys with no response from your end.

I wrote a review on the hotel I booked, through the link I received. I wrote it because I thought my real name won't be used and goibibo would use my username only.

However later I saw my full name being used along with the review instead o[censored]sername. So, this violates my right to privacy....

I booked a hotel room through goibibo and made payment online but when I reached hotel location it closed I contact hotel owner which says that It close a month ago but when I contact goibibo they says that it non refundable booking...

Opened mail account ([protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo in 2010 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once.

On the night of 22nd July 2023 on the Goibibo mobile app I tried booking return flight tickets Kolkata to Vadodara but the transaction was shown to be unsuccessful, I tried the booking process twice through my Bajaj Finserv InstaEmi Card but the transaction failed both times( for the booking nos. GOFLDNTANDHPXSV11176 and GOFLDNTANDXH2FOJ8856. Later when I checked my Bajaj Finserv InstaEmi Card details it is shown that the amount of 31947.75...
