Hi,
I had made a hotel booking on 15th October 2021, and paid via UPI. I cancelled the booking on the same day, and I got a RRN number to track the refund. But I still haven't received the refund. I don't know what to do with that number.
Please share the email address/customer care number where I can take this up....

I have booked train ticket from your website from Rajahmundry to Chennai on 6th October for 15th October 2021. I have paid the amount but the ticket got cancelled by the company. I was taken vrl bus booking from koppal to banagalor on 6th of october . as per info from gogibio it was confirm .. When I went to vrl pickup point and ask for seat they said seat was not been allocated to gogibio .. You connect to gogibio.. That was the mean movement along with my family you see the pain ... I tried booking a bus, but it was timed out during making payment. amount got deducted but the booking was not done. I was not given any option to get the amount back and there was no option in app to reach customer care. this is really disgusting, Please return my amount else will not stop....
