This is regarding the booking on Goibibo.com, I made last night on 3rd Oct. 2021, for 11th Nov. 2021. On confirmation I checked that it has picked a date of 4th Nov. 2021 instead of 11th Nov. 2021 as the booking date.

I called Goibibo customer care no. exactly within 5 mins and was told by Mr. Ayush that the booking will be cancelled and the entire amount will be refunded back to be within 14 working days.

Booked flight tickets on 1st October 2021 and got redirected to the payment section where i chose UPI and then used net banking to complete the transaction. I booked my room on 25 September 2021 night. Money was deducted and Goibibo also shared room detail invoice on mail Id and also on whatsapp number. But, Next when I arrived at hotel they denied for booking. After discussing with customer care, I asked to refund money and cancel room. Then, I paid money by card to hotel.

4 days was gone, but till now I haven't received any refund and any inquiry call from Goibibo side as well...
